Inspiring Artist of the Day - Jane Moore

Jane has a twin passion for pattern and enamel and uses it to make the most beautifully crafted pieces of silver jewellery. I saw her work several years ago and loved it at first sight.

These brooches remind me of Scottish Agate brooches with their holes - but I love the twist, the way she's used the simple shapes and filled them with pattern.

These days her work has evolved - as all artists should - and at present she is making more monochromatic work, less colour and more texture.
