Another of my favourite colours and one which I tend to wear in summer,
with faded indigo blue, pale greys linen and silver.
A pair of my favourite earrings - I am an old fashioned girl!
As a colour it's somewhere between and orange and red but paler,
with a soft creamy translucence to it.
Like a sun faded scarlet T shirt or a warm ripe peach,
the colour of a carnation in spring sunshine.
It makes you feel warm, it makes you feel whole, it speaks of summer.
